Creating a website takes a lot of tedious work if you don’t follow an outline process and put your idea on paper before creating your website. If you don’t follow a general outline then you don’t have to worry about having to start over.
Learning the coding involved allows many more options for customization of your webpage. Also having the tools to validate your page to clean up unnecessary code that may be cluttering your page and causing difficulty loading and displaying the page.
Having created a website and bringing it to a functional state while exploring how various codes interact within a webpage has given me insight on the work involved in creating a webpage. Perhaps in the future the knowledge that I have learned in this class will help me to fix or create my own webpage.
